In my current role as the Hosting Support Lead at WPMUDEV (Incsub LLC), I lead a team dedicated to providing top-tier hosting support. My focus is on ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent customer service. I handle escalated issues, resolve complex problems, and constantly improve our workflows through detailed documentation and process improvements. I work closely with the development team to troubleshoot, identify issues, and enhance our products. Additionally, I oversee server security, applying updates and patches to keep everything running safely.

Before taking on the leadership role, I worked as a Hosting Support Specialist at WPMUDEV, where I provided hands-on support for various hosting-related challenges. This included helping clients with migrations, troubleshooting site structures, and managing SSL certificate installations. I also played a key role in resolving email-related issues, ensuring smooth communication for clients.

Earlier in my career, as a WordPress Support Specialist, I assisted users with a range of WordPress-related issues, from design problems to plugin functionality. I enjoyed collaborating with clients, offering clear guidance, and using my knowledge of CSS and HTML to improve website aesthetics.

I started my professional journey as a Happiness Engineer at Store Apps LLP, where I supported the company’s products and plugins. My role involved troubleshooting technical issues, such as mail functions and JavaScript errors, and ensuring customer satisfaction by offering prompt solutions or escalating issues to the development team when needed.
